Are you addicted to your bicycle???

Are you addicted to your bicycle?

Are you edgy and easily irritable if you go a few days with out riding or God forbid, a whole week…?

Does your spouse/partner/girlfriend/boyfriend/family/dog or any one you meet know when you have not ridden for a while and cross to the other side of the street when they see you coming?

Are you happy, relaxed, and crazy positive when you have been riding?

If you have answered Yes any or all of these questions, then you my friend are addicted to your bicycle.

Welcome to the club…we do not have a 12 step program and the only support group available is your bike.

Some proof(like we need it):

“…Even as little as 20 minutes a week of physical activity can boost mental health. In a new Scottish study, reported in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, 20,000 people were asked about their state of mind and how much physical activity they do in a week. The results showed that the more physical activity a person engaged in — including housework, gardening, walking, and sports — the lower their risk of distress and anxiety“.

Translation:  HAPPINESS

There you go…so if the Mondays are kicking your butt…get on your bike, chase them down, and run them over!!!

Have fun, ride safe.
